Robert Kramer is the Founder and Managing Partner of KramerERP, advising leadership teams on how ERP, data, AI, and security decisions affect how their business actually runs. His work is focused on measurable outcomes across finance, supply chain, and core operations. His advisory work centers on how AI, automation, and advanced analytics reshape ERP and supply chain operations and where organizations should proceed with caution.
He brings over 30 years of experience across enterprise systems, data platforms, and cybersecurity, with a background that spans operating roles, global leadership positions, and advisory work. That combination gives him a clear view of where technology strategies hold up and where they break down once they hit real workflows, data constraints, and execution.

His expertise spans ERP, enterprise data, cloud, data protection, and cybersecurity across industries including manufacturing, finance, healthcare, transportation, retail, and academia. Before founding KramerERP, he held global leadership roles at Atos and Magnit and served as a Vice President and Principal Analyst covering ERP, enterprise data, and security. He also teaches graduate-level marketing at Lindenwood University and holds an MBA from Richmond College in London.
